Who should attend this class?
Dealing with stress is never easy, but in this class, you will learn fun ways to deal with everyday stress. When life throws you a curveball, improv games show you how to hit that stressor out of the park.
In this fun and playful class, students are able to move away from anxiety and explore their confident and creative self. Students will find this class to be light-hearted and fun while gaining support from others who have similar struggles. A perfect class for middle and high school students who want to, laugh and meet fun new friends. It is great for those dealing with stress, anxiety or those who want to gain confidence.
